    grilled chicken with japanese traditional fermented seasoning "shio kohji". that's so good.
    すげー!おいしいー!
    塩麹をいただいたので、鳥もも肉を塩麹に漬けて、スキレットでグリル。肉質はいい感じに柔らかくなるし、旨味たくさん、噛めば噛むほど旨味が出てくる。すげーー!
