Here’s a #tbt to one of my favorite photos. I shot this on my 4.1 MP Sony Cyber Shot in 2006. I remember having to lean against some kind of pillar in order to get a sharp image in “Night Mode”. I was so stoked on how it turned out. This was right as DSLR’s were becoming the standard and I couldn’t come close to affording one. This image gave me the confidence to pursue creativity without the confines of the equipment I was using. It’s still a reminder to me that the best tools are our minds and imaginations.
A year ago today, Elissa and I were blessed with the most beautiful, tender, old souled baby boy. Watching him grow and develop this last year has been an absolute joy and honor. He has been worth every bit of work and I couldn't be more proud to be a father. Happy First Birthday, Ira Muir. #iramuir@elissabottles
