January hiking. Lots of green and lots of wetness.
Last sunset of 2017, first sunrise of 2018.
If 2017 was a clam season, you could say I’ve caught my limit.
I suppose I’ve known for some time now. And when you know...you know. I didn’t know that before. I do now. More than I know that 2 + 2 is 4 and that the sky is blue. I’m so thankful @cnic knows too. And that’s why she said “yes”. #buffaloroamingforever
This is my 1000th post. That’s not a lot, but looking back over the last 7 years worth of posts it’s compelling to see how much life has been captured in photo form. And also how much wasn’t. Coincidentally, the last 7 years has been the most formative for me personally. Sparing a ton of details, it’s been a rough road sometimes. I’ve done a lot of rebuilding. There has been happiness though too. I’ve learned a lot and have made a lot of changes. I️’m more grateful and humble than I was 7 years ago. I️’m more capable of tackling the road ahead than I️ have been up to this point. I’m a lot stronger than I️ was. But I️ had lots of help. Family, friends, strangers, podcasts, gyms, the out of doors, cats. And Boo. I️’m who I️ am at the end of this 7 years and 1000 pictures because of all of them. Thanks isn’t enough. But it will have to do for now. ❤️
