    20% whole wheat, 80% hydration. Made with water that had two cut up raw beetroots soaking in it overnight. Olives added before shaping.

    Didn't want to over do the beetroot but it's barely pronounced. Would probably boil it then let the water cool down next time. Also just used the few olives we had in the fridgeβ€”probably not enough.
