Deadlift, 275lb x 3+AMRAP. Called 8-10. Got 8. Went to @ironarenapowerliftingnj with @liftpcov @whatamidoingwithmytongue @caseinpapi and @nicolehe for technique instruction this weekend. Changing up my deadlift setup by creating tension, taking my breath at the bottom, exploding up, and doing a full setup between reps. Back ended up a too rounded in these, so need to work on pushing my butt down and chest up before pulling.
