Deadlift, 275lb x 3+AMRAP. Called 8-10. Got 8. Went to @ironarenapowerliftingnj with @liftpcov@whatamidoingwithmytongue@caseinpapi and @nicolehe for technique instruction this weekend. Changing up my deadlift setup by creating tension, taking my breath at the bottom, exploding up, and doing a full setup between reps. Back ended up a too rounded in these, so need to work on pushing my butt down and chest up before pulling.
Deadlift, 1RM Test. Got 335. PR!
Squat, 1RM Test. Got 235lb. Missed at 240.
Bench Press, 1RM Test. Got 175lb. Missed at 177.5. PR!
