Stop # 8 on our BBQ tour came highly recommended so we had to add it to our list. By far one of the most interesting culinary experiences of my life. Texas Ramen with beef broth and brisket, pork and rice sausage, mackerel, and the freshest wasabi I have ever tasted. Wasabi on brisket?
