    @twissmanor Thank you for the kind words! The entrepreneur life is a crazy one and what has worked with us is having an honest approach to storytelling. But now it's important to have that same approach to how L&T is perceived as a company, which means more transparency and not hiding all of our vulnerabilities. At the end of the day, we're all trying to survive and pursue our dreams so the more information we can share of our experiences, the better! Good luck :)

    @antonio I didn't know it until I read this piece, but apparently I have followed your Instagram account (L&T) since the beginning. I really admire and appreciate what you do. Thank you for your very helpful, very thoughtful piece on starting a magazine. Although I have a background as a writer and translator, I have never had any aspirations to start a magazine. But your essay seemed nonetheless incredibly relevant to my growing pastry business. People ask me constantly when I will open a shop, but I feel strongly that such a move, especially right now in Manhattan, would be a killer for me. The margins are too slim, the overhead too high. I am convinced that I need to be nimble, light and dynamic in the same ways that you describe in your essay. I also feel strongly that I need to diversify the revenue sources of my business. Although we are in different fields, reading your essay encouraged me to feel that I am taking the right approach, validation which is invaluable at this stage of my growing business. Thank you for sharing your insight.

    One of my favorite moments while wandering the streets of Florence was when our fixer @_marinadenisova_ took us to a secret rooftop that overlooked the Arno River and the city below. We marveled at the sunset and listened to the city transition to aperitivo hour.
