My best memory of Prince was at The Joint in Vegas. To this day, it is still one of my favorite live performances ever. What inspired me the most though about Prince was that he was never one to rest on his past success. If you followed his work, he was always challenging himself to do something different and to keep things fresh. It was never about what he had done but was he was going to do. You rarely knew what he was working on but when he was ready to reveal it to the world, you knew it was going to be special. I think that's a real testament to his incredible work ethic and one of the things I admire about him the most.
Cuba turned out to be way more educational (and exhausting) than I ever imagined. It's a beautiful country and the people are amazing. There's a lot of opportunity there and I hope we continue to normalize relations between our two countries so we can help their people and share their culture. ¡Viva Cuba!
