Stock making day! @tuktukfoods taught me to never waste a scrap of food, so it all goes into a pot (the leaves, giblets, literally everything) and you add your herbs and spices then let it boil down. I drain the soupy juice and stick it in baby containers in the freezer for fresh, homemade stock. She has a fancy machine that purées everything but alas...I’m not a professional chef.
