Who needs virtual reality roller coasters, or even real ones. All Elizabeth needs is a bumbo, daddy and her imagination with a little help from daddy on the imagination part too.
These moments are so precious and I enjoy them all, and hope they bring smiles to everyone like they do for my family.
Wishing you all a safe and happy holiday season.
The moments I miss while working make it hard to bare sometimes. Wishing I was at home to see them all, but at least with technology these days the wife is able to share with me.
Love how these two are getting along already, and hope it will continue in the future.
So today October 29th 2017, was such a special day.
1st we got to share amazing event with family and friends. It was the baptism of William Leo Grey, our second born child. Thanks so much to Adam Magyar for coming up from Florida to be our God parent again, it means a lot to us.
2nd we got to celebrate our first borne 2nd birthday with family and friends at our house. Elizabeth was so overwhelmed with happiness when everyone sang happy birthday to her before she blew out the candles!
Thanks to all that could attend, my wife and two kids really couldn't ask for such a great day together.
What a great way to finish the Canadian Thanksgiving long weekend we had. Get weather means time to take the kids outside for a walk in our local woods just steps from our home.
Thankfully for my father (Opa to my kids), for coming down and pulling Elizabeth's waggon for her to ride in and enjoy the time with him.
Even though my son is only 3mths old he seemed to enjoy the time outside in the warmth. It was very enjoyable to be out on such a warm Thanksgiving long weekend.
Amazing how time can just fly bye on you. She is 2 today! What happened to the baby we had so long ago. She is now a toddler and walking and talking now.
We have cherished every moment with and can't wait to see what joy and experiences to our lives in the next few years.
Happy Birthday to my amazing little princess Elizabeth Alexis Grey.
It's been a trying past week, since Elizabeth our 1st born had a asthma attach on Monday and was in the hospital till Thursday.
Then we come home to William our 2nd born and only 7 week old, and find he has a fever. Oh now what right. Off to the hospital again the wife goes with one of our own. They come home and the fever doesn't break so we get admitted on Saturday morning with Ecolie infection! And mom and baby are in the same room we had with Elizabeth earlier in the week.
Hopping William gets better soon, so the whole family can be back under one roof again.
Definitely been a mentally and physically trying few weeks. Thinking positive and looking to the future.
The worst part of an parents life is when you child is sick. It's the worst feeling when you want to help and do anything for them and you can't. Plus giving the meds to a child when they don't want it, and its so hard for you to force it on them. #parenting#dadlife#beingadad#beingaparent#daughterlove
When the wife and daughter have a great conversation. These moments are so much fun to see.
Wait till the end to see what Elizabeth thinks of me videotaping! It's so presious.
Today marks a tough and happy day for me.
On the tough side, it's because my grandmother would have been 101 today. It has been tough on me with her passing and thinking what our family has lost, and will always be tough thinking about in the future.
But on the Happy side, she has and will always be an inspiration. She had to live through so much in her life. She made it to 100 which is an accomplishment in itself. It's just amazing that she has seen so much change in the world since 1916. I will chairish our talks and time we spent together.
Wish you could have been here to meet in person your great grandchildren Elizabeth and William. You will be sorely missed and love you so much! XOXO
