The past couple of days, every elliptical at the gym was taken at 5am. I prefer a hard core cardio warmup on either a spin bike or elliptical. This morning, Matthew and I worked out in our home gym. We had a great legs and shoulders strength training session. #TrainWithCliff

I got home from my trip to Nashville about 12:30 this morning. However, I promised Matthew that I would go to the gym for a chest and triceps workout with him this morning at 5am. You will always make time for the things that are most important to you! #TrainWithCliff
