Despite the travelling, skipping lunch and other shiz today training is on point. Maybe except that last set where I went ape shit on the last rep and dived bomb to lose all back tightness lol. Glad to have 140 4x4@8 on calorie deficit. Cept that last set ofcos, thats rpe shit. Quads isolation work definitely helped a zillion too.

Not the best feeling training with empty stomach but generally a good session despite back pain and spasm. Strength is prolly back to baseline and technique is slowly dialling in. An optimal bench height makes hella difference for leg drive tho. 
Sumo 160x4, 170x4, 185 4x4@8
2ct pause bench 100x3, 105x3, 110x3@7-8.5
Leg press 6x9@8
Bunch of accessories and abs.

Supposed to be repping pin squat 7x4@8 today but with so many unfamiliarities ie mirror, awkward rack/hook height, extra weaksauceness etc I decided to go conservative on the exercise variant and weights lol. But bench 4x10@10 took the cake though. And all these rushed before wedding dinner. Great gym to train in nonetheless!!
