In case you missed it this passed weekend we wrapped up an amazing MidwestUX 2017 in Cincinnati and announced MidwestUX 2018 in Chicago. Join us next year, a limited supply of Early Bird tickets are already on sale.
We are so excited to announce the second, additional event from MidwestUX; *Midwest Retreat Spring 2018!* Retreat is a small format, event based based far from a city focusing on conversation and participation, driving connection between people through disconnecting from our day-to-day.
More details will be available as the event takes shape. If you would like to be a part of helping us shape this event, receive updates as they come in, or show interest, please fill out this survey.
We look forward to building this event with your help over the coming months. *Thank you* to each and every one of you in this community. Without you, we would not be able to do what we do. Much love!

Rebooting the in flight entertainment system, advised by the crew to not touch your screens, it would only take 15 minutes.
What it looks like when you bring your own beer koozie with you when you travel and use it at the airport bar...
I was lucky enough to get a run in and have @bspanton show me around some trails at Gatineau Park only minutes from Ottawa.
"This is a sculpture of a worker in the act of a difficult task. It also provides the viewer a place among the stars to think about connections between humble tasks and grand dreams. The handhold, steps, and platform are designed to climb and pass through the figure into the boxes. Sunlight illuminates the holes piercing the black interior surface of the boxes to create a planetarium where viewers can pause." by Mike Wsol (#artprise9) -- I love the juxtaposition of humble labor with grand dreams that are manifest experientially.
