Well the polls are in... and it's not just too many tacos. Although, it could be half the problem ☺️#ilovetacos
I'm 5.5 months and baby boy is half baked 👍🏻
This kid turned 3 last Friday! Threenager all the way (this year is going to be interesting..)
2am Friday we realized we had fire ants in our bed (for the 3rd time). So by 2:40am we were packed up and on the road for South Padre Island 😂 We needed a vacation after last week.
We arrived at 6am and 2 hotels turned us down bc it wasn't check-in time 😑
BUT THEN, at hotel #3, a nice fella gave a us a great room and only charged us one night 🙌🏻 ... and we had a great birthday party weekend at the beach! #thankGod
I hope she appreciates her parents spontaneity one day 🤞🏻 #lifewithesra
We are making the best of being away from home for so long ❤️ but really Corpus is much better than I imagined. (btw.. Hi everyone 👋)
My beach babe.
She's been in Corpus for 3.5 weeks and at the beach most of that time.. The girl is STILL pale and I'm working on that farmers tan.
Nathan has been in commercial diving for 10 years now and there have been several instances where I know the Lord stepped in and saved him from death's grip.
Nathan is dive supervisor and typically doesn't dive unless he wants to, but on this day the other two divers were ill and unable to dive. So, Nathan's job was to check the propeller for damage and leaks. No damage was found. Next, he was to watch for fluid leakage as they shifted the pitch of each blade. Twenty minutes passed as he waited in the water for the foreign captain to shift the blades, but nothing happened. The tender asked if he wanted to come up to get a drink. This was not usual procedure for Nathan. He doesn't take breaks. He doesn't come up because he's tired or thirsty. He trudges on and expects the same from others, but this particular day was different. He said, "yes". As he climbed onto the boat he heard a rumble. It was the ship. Only two minutes had passed since he was in the water hanging on to the propeller's blade waiting as the tender and captain communicated back and forth. There had been a major miscommunication. The captain turned the engine on and ran the propeller at 50%... There had been a major miscommunication.
My heart sinks and rejoices at the same time. God is a great God and I'm happy to say we celebrated 6 years of wedded bliss yesterday! Here's to forever and many more miracles!!!!
Esra is such a faithful friend. She has known Linzy since birth and loved her from the beginning, but it wasn’t until summer of 2016 that her love was tested. After spending 3 weeks at Lufkin camp Linzy was in a serious life threatening accident which left her with two amputated legs. We weren’t really sure how Esra would react to this because she’s never experienced loss in this manner. We figured the grieving process would be a long winding road and we hoped for the best, but the second she saw legless Linzy she wrapped both limbs in her arms and has never looked back. You could say she has an unconditional love for Linzy… and her legs.
MY GIRLS ARE HERE!! 🎉🎊❤
My tree climbing dare devil. Right after this she jumped out of the tree onto Yaya! Luckily, Yaya caught her 😂 Her new thing is to jump off of things backwards.. #lifewithesra
It's difficult being an angel all day, but someone's gotta do it.. and it ain't this girl! She gave up 3 hours into it 😂
Wanting to encapsulate this moment into my memory forever. If I accomplish one thing in my life it would be to cultivate that sweet spirit of hers. I always want to parent with intention and purpose and pray that she's driven by love and other fruits of the Spirit. #lifewithesra
Haylei made us the best butternut squash soup topped with pom seeds and feta. Seriously the best soup I've ever had in my life! And she makes her own #kombucha 😍🤗🎉🎊
