Increasing volume & trying to tighten up those gymnasty shapes. Skill work is always a stumbling block for me. I think too much about my movement & then coordination goes out the window. It's been over a year since I've been able to lift any kind of respectable weight. Could it be prettier? Hell yeah. Do I still have lots of work to do? Always. But four PRs in one month feels kinda good, not gonna lie. Nutrition, dialed. βœ”οΈ Training, focused. βœ”οΈ Alcohol intake, zero. βœ”οΈ I'm not getting any younger, but I'll be damned if I don't get stronger. 
Masters athletes need a different training mindset. They also have different recovery needs. Most of my nutrition programs focus on the needs of busy athletes with families, careers & a whole lot of pressure. But athletic performance does not have to suffer. It's been over a year since I've been able to lift any kind of respectable weight. Could it be prettier? Hell yeah. Do I still have lots of work to do? Always.
