Cool little coffee joint a few blocks away from the airbnb I stayed in Sunday night in Minneapolis.
While not exactly the sculpture garden, the Irene Hixon Whitney Footbridge connects Loring Park to the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden, connecting the two landmarks over I-94. Loring Park is where those super friendly squirrels I've been talking about reside. 🐿
Just a squirrel trying to get a nut. 🐿😂
I found a real record store last night! It was like stepping back into 30 years ago!! 💽🎧💙
Some slow motion video. 😂🐿
I made a friend earlier today while walking the city. They're extremely outgoing & used to people feeding them, so they would walk up to the phone when I bent down to try photographing them...also the biggest squirrels I've ever seen! 🐿
My Number 1 career milestone...I got fired in 2003. It was devastating at the moment, but the best thing that could have happened to me professionally. It opened the door to my deciding to work for myself, and paved the way to my photography career. Thanks to @creativegroup and @aigadesign for having this.
Friday morning in Minneapolis.
12 hours of shooting today, done. Sipping some Italian white while waiting for my pizza. 🍕🍷
The view from my room. It's beautiful, but lonely. iPhone 7 image taken in my towel, fresh out the shower. 😱
Playing with the new #fullspectrumcamera app. My connecting flight was delayed a couple hours, and I'm finally on another plane and will be in Minneapolis in about an hour.
Sometimes these places are overwhelming to the point that you stand there just staring and taking it in before you realize to photograph them.
Goldfield Historical Society Marker No. 32. (6-I) Sideboard Saloon Ruin originally built in 1907 by saloon keeper Patrick Mullin, was a one story wood building. It’s stone arch entrance still standing, reminds us how Main St. was the heart of Goldfield commerce. (http://goldfieldhistoricalsociety.com). The Goldfield Consolidated Mines Company and Ish-Curtis/Registration Trust Company Building can be seen under the arch.
