Dining at Noma is one of the main goals of our Scandinavia trip. I'm really grateful that we made it and it's indeed an unforgettable and fantastic experience!
The lunch lasted for four hours but we didn't feel it because the dishes flowed smoothly one after one and every single course was of supreme quality and some of them very creative.
Rene the legendary chef is very friendly and showed his hospitality by greeting us at the entrance with his whole team. We were invited to visit its kitchen in the end. Its second floor looks like a tech startup's office that it even has a research area for innovating new dishes and building new menus.
