#NYCObservation#395: Seems Mr. Luther Jr. Weekend is clearly a popular time to clear out the Christmas trees.
#NYCObservation#394: Not the usual brochure shot you’ll see of New York, this is a typical morning scene entering Midtown—people lining up to the food cart for bagels, croissants, coffee, dirty snow, yellow taxi, nose of a film crew truck, people walking to work, Christmas trees and lights, corner bank, scaffolding, crane, and the Empire State Building in the distance. What else can you see?
#NYCObservation#393: Wow! The lake in Central Park looks amazing when it’s frozen over and covered with snow. Not sure I’d risk walking on it, though.
#NYCObservation#392: That’s quite the news huddle. Seems they’re getting a briefing from the fire chief about the high rise fire on 56th and 5th, which appears to now be under control.
#NYCObservation#390: Somewhat alarming that a fire hydrant can remain disabled for many weeks without getting fixed. Incredible also that no one has stolen it in the meantime. Maybe the thousands of people that have walked past on numerous occasions, like me, assume someone else has reported it.
