What did you have for dinner tonight?
Slowly roasted Australian beef short ribs with sweet corn, mashed potato and sweet potato
I put the ribs in a baking tray with some black pepper corns, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce and red wine. I then slowly roasted the ribs (under the protection of aluminium foil) for four hours at 150 °C. I cooked the sweet corn in aluminium foil for one hour in the oven along with some sweet potato. I also used microwave mashed potato.

What did you have for dinner tonight?
Pork belly, mango, avocado, and pear salad with wasabi, pickled ginger sour cream
I put three pork belly rashers into a small frying pan at 200 °C for 1 hour. I also combined a generous amount of wasabi with some pickled ginger and sour cream. The salad was basically mango, avocado, pear, lettuce, celery, tomato with some lime zest.
