(Swipe to see the before and after.) Three hundred sixty-four days ago, two days after my 26th birthday, this was the picture that made me realize I needed a change. I had let myself go to such a degree that I didn’t even like looking at myself. From that date onward, I began researching diets and routines I would eventually implement in my life. After all this time the place I noticed the changes the most was in my face. From 170 to 155 lbs, I can honestly say I never felt better physically or about myself. Happy Birthday to myself and a better life.

Final shot of my favorite coffee shop before I try out a new Instagram series. #☕️

Continuing from yesterday’s photo, here’s the opposite wall at @lackawannacoffee. Greenery covers this place, I love it. No matter where I turn while working here, I’m not “inspired” but rather driven towards what’s next.
Tip for mobile photographers: shoot in RAW as much as possible. You can really crank up the colors in post editing without losing detail. I shot this using @halideapp. Look at my latest Instagram Story for an example!

When I first started working from home, I struggled with finding the focus to work. I knew I didn’t work well in an office environment, but working from home proved harder. Eventually I started working from coffee shops. Ironically, surrounding myself with strangers *actually increased* my focus. #☕️

This airport isn’t the most beautiful airport out there, but there are some nice visuals peaking out. #✈️

I don’t understand *why* this exists, but I like it.
