The 3rd lap has more strokes than the 1st lap. But the 1st lap is 3:55 and the 3rd lap is 4:05.

Bad loop👿: Exhausted🤢>cannot hard-pull(The 3rd lap has less leg extensions clearly)>more strokes>more exhausted🤢🤢

This is a good example that more strokes do not make faster always🤣 Do not rush🚶
