a note to self.
Sometimes my thoughts consume me so much, I feel unable to move forward through my day. The best thing I remember is fear only lasts a few seconds and it’s really only skin deep. Trust in your own ability to do things you thought impossible. Worry is crippling but doing things that make you uncomfortable turns that fear into oceans of confidence. This is your growth process. This is how humans create the best version of themselves. Living outside of your own fear.
