Gotta have my journal, planner and book wherever I go! With a side of coffee of course. 🤓
We should always be changing, always evolving, while remaining the same at our core. Do you remember who you were as a child? That’s the one part of me that remains true. These past few years I have grown stupendously. I look at myself and can’t recognize who I am compared to who I was just last month. All the things I’ve experienced and all the places I have lived; the gypsy life can ruin you and tear your mind apart. Constantly finding yourself in the seas of culture... wrap a piece of you, put it in a bottle, and throw it into the deep mysterious sea of life. Challenge yourself and grow. Tear your world apart just to become familiar with a ‘new’ one. Look in to the mirror and say, “that’s me?”, BECAUSE you’d done so many life changing things and you can’t believe that person staring back at you is who you are in this moment.
Drink that water, y’all. Don’t wanna shrivel up!!!!
The sun shines so bright
I can’t see what’s in front of me
But I still feel the warmth of its destiny
Japan is my current home! Also,
Japan is one of the LEADING countries in SUICIDE AND DEPRESSION! It’s part of my PAYING JOB that I try to bring inspiration and positivity to the lives of everyone here. Tokyo can be a really lonely place to live. Due to the insanely respectful place with a culture of etiquette, many people hold their troubles inside. Many people keep their demons to themselves because they don’t want to burden other with them. Tokyo is a big Workworkwork culture and Japanese tend to work themselves to the ground, literally, work themselves to death because they are afraid to say no and disappoint their boss. Nothing about this culture with incredibly strong people is worth mocking. They go through so much every day with no one to talk to because they already feel like their problems aren’t worth talking about. Seeing people so “superior” coming in and mocking them infuriates me because they don’t realize how much love these people need. At the end of the day, we are each Human’s with our own battles; each battle, story, and role is different from another’s. We are each so special and hold an important purpose in our lives. Big or small, your role in this world is important! See someone in the street, share a smile, and that smile will carry on like a ripple in Water. That smallest role of offering a single smile can inspire someone that moment, that will change the rest of their or another’s person life. I hope my followers know you are special, and I am also here for YOU! No one is perfect; it’s ok to express your flaws... but in some cultures expressing flaws is not acceptable if you want to have a job that puts food on the table.
“What do you do in your spare time?” 👆👆👆
Living around the world allows me to have adventure but also sleep and be really lazy.
Scholars paradise I suppose... strolls through Jimbocho always please me. If only I could understand most of these foreign words. At least I’m warm in my @forever21 threads 💕 #culturaticlub
