    Welp, Instacrap is pretty much done for me. My feed has been fucked over to see popular posts first. Have unwatched almost everyone except people I know. Anyone know a good alternative to Instacrap?

    I do stretch my calves after runs, and occasionally for a couple days after (not before running, as that is now linked to injury). Buy yeah. If anything stuffs up it will be a knee. If they stay good, I will aim for full marathon, eventually

    Nice. I am mostly worried about my knees when it comes to running, pain on the side issue. My calves get really sore. I need more rolling and stretching.

    @redwoman1 My legs are mostly being good, just the ligaments or whatever on the sides of my knees. Can be sore for a day or two when I push myself but they come good. So far.

    Yeah, knees and calves can be a nuisance sometimes. I recommend rolling out on a foam roller for those running muscles.

    @redwoman1 I will probably enter the City2South, Brisbane equivalent. 14km along the river and into south Brisbane. Already entered into two 10km runs. Just hope my old body holds up. Running is awesome
