Best tonkotsu ramen I’ve ever had and one of the best bowls of ramen I’ve ever had period. Noodles were thin but had great texture. Soup was very rich with an extremely concentrated pork flavor. Chashu just melted in the mouth. Must eat if ever in Fukuoka.

A bottle of this in the hotel room is about $10 which is way cheaper than what this costs in the states IF you can find it. And the JD in the back is the same price lol. I don't think they know how coveted this is internationally.

Went to this udon shop on the outskirts of Osaka and it blew my mind. Handmade noodles, wagyu beef, and concentrated broth full of flavor.
