Making coffee for great people and a great cause at @lalovesalexs yesterday. Our drinks were a hit and everyone was awesome. Especially @chefantonia
Don't blink. Yesterday I could hold you in the crook of my arm and admire your blue eyes. Today you turned two and you're a goofy, funny little boo boo who makes me laugh and frustrates me daily. Tomorrow you will be a growing little lady who's strong, funny, and feels a certain type of way about things. Stop growing please, freeze time and just stay here. And never blink.
We drove through the night to see the solar eclipse and it was so worth it. It was a moving and intense experience. Hudson and I made a video of our adventure. Check it out-link in bio. Leave a comment for Hudson if you dig it.
It's hard to describe how moving this experience was. No photo or video, no matter how good, does justice to seeing this absolutely awe inspiring moment. We felt so small and suddenly aware of our place in this vast universe and at the same time connected and equalized with all the people cheering with us. People may call it God, the divine, the universe, but watching a total solar eclipse with your own eyes makes you certain that we are connected with something much larger than ourselves.
