A year ago I joined The Biggest Transformation expecting a couple of months of extra exercise, instead it was the beginning of a big transformation (who'd have guessed). At the start I occasionally ran on the treadmill at the gym - maybe once a month. I couldn't really lift any weights and I was the fattest and least healthy I've ever been. 12 months later, I'm the strongest and healthiest I've ever been. In the last year I've been able to squat 115kg and bench press 75kg. I couldn't have done it all without my amazing trainer @janajane_pt, Les Mills gym, and my supportive wife. I can't wait to see what changes the next year bring.
