Here are some of the meals we cooked last week after starting the Keto diet. The diet mostly consists of no carbs, no sugar, while focusing on good fats. I can have cheese and bacon, so I don't even feel like I'm dieting, for the most part.
My husband has been wanting to try this diet for a while now and after he did some research, it turns out the Keto diet is very beneficial for women, like myself, who suffer from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. The benefits seem to be endless on this diet, so I'm hoping for some real results as I have added an exercise regimen to help me reach my goals.
1 week down, and after 1 month we will add a cheat day here and there. I'm trying to be realistic about my progress and just focus on getting healthy.
I'll give anyone interested an update after the 1 month mark.
