An aged blue kefir cheese. Tasted it two days ago and it was phenomenal. I’m going to call the paprika aged cheese Garibaldi, but haven’t come up with a name for this blue yet. #nofilter

Reading the appendix of the big book of kombucha and it was a WTF moment. Weird and why. And I could totally see a bunch of people sitting around and saying, let’s put blood in petri dishes with various compounds, expose them to radiation and see what happens. I bet at least one person in the group was hoping that they would accidentally create a recipe for super powers.

Fully fermented meal. Sourdough bread, cheese, sauerkraut, pickle, garlic from pickle jar and kombucha. I️ made everything except the cheese. I️ even made the butter it was grilled in. I️ got inspired after listening to a podcast with the author of ‘The Fermented Man’ a book about the author only eating fermented foods for a year.
