Operating the lights at church this morning. This could get exciting...
Somewhere there is a metaphor for today.
Pretty sure he regretted the decision to come with a half mile in.
I don't have to run until morning, so until then...
A few years ago I told myself I would run a marathon. Then I laughed at my own joke and never thought about it again...until recently.
I discovered Team World Vision last week. They're the largest non-governmental provider of clean water in the world...last year alone they provided 4.6 million new people with clean water. They also challenge wannabe runners like myself to run a marathon to raise money for their mission. I bit at their dare, and now I'm fully committed. I'll be running the San Antonio Rock-N-Roll Marathon on December 3rd.
If you'd like to donate to the cause...to provide clean water to those in need, or simply to watch me suffer (either works)...please donate at the link below. I'm hesitant about the journey ahead, but excited to jump in for those in need. Of course, I'll share the journey with you. Thanks for listening.
Time for some Chinese food at the National Harbor. First, a quick shot of the view.
I was a bit hesitant and embarrassed to dress up and walk around a museum taking pictures, but I have to admit I like how they are turning out. @aniestepher's vision and @ineszrinski's photography are quite the combination.
