Since Colin takes photos of everything else (all the food we eat, all the places we go, and every single map and wayfinding sign in sight), I will just be street animal photographer. 😂

Hesed wisdom version 2.

Hesed wisdom version 2.

Can I just say that I am eternally grateful for this man of wisdom and leader in my life. I don't even have enough words to articulate how someone who is so sharp, so wise, so willing to speak the truth in love whether or not you want to hear it (cuz he cares about you enough to know you need to hear it), and yet still love you where you're at even when you are cui and imperfect.
Many of us have stepped into callings we don't deserve, and get to do things people will say we are not ready for, and get to be part of stories we should rightly be disqualified from, because this man chose to believe and see beyond everything that we are not. Instead, he points us to the Jesus that we have, and shows us who we are really called to be because we are in Christ. And to be bold and own that as our portion instead of all the lies of inadequacy we allow our spirits to be led by.
No words are enough to articulate it, but thank you Pastor @darrensim for being my pastor. I know I wouldn't be living the best version of life God has for me if it weren't for you. So thanks for owning your call so the rest of us get to own ours. 👊🙌

Is this what it's like to have two kids who are clamoring for your attention when you're trying to work. (I guess at least furbabies can be ignored to a greater extent than human offspring.)

So apparently the last time we went to @littledinersg was 4 years 2 months ago when we'd just got together. 😂 one engagement and two years of marriage later, I'm glad I've gotten rid of @wirelessed's absolutely terrible pre-lizzy fashion and 1990s Jay Chou hair. 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Today Colin played songs from a really cute duo that makes the kind of music I like (we have very different music preferences). They're called Jenny and Taylor and their songs are 200% up my musical alley. This is inspired by a really cute song called "One Eyed Cat" (I don't just like it because there's the word "cat" in the title). Lyrics in carousel from chorus of this song. 😌
