I cannot believe that these two doll babies haven’t been adopted yet. They’re two of the cutest, friendliest, most ideal little cats I’ve ever fostered. They’d be the perfect little pair for just about anyone. I’m getting a bit frustrated on their behalf so if you or anyone you know is looking for a sweet pair - or a single - please message me. I can’t save any more cats until these two find a permanent home so please give it some thought. @rescuefairies
I have a bit of a weakness for @donaldjpliner shoes (and metallic shoes) (oh, and red shoes). Like my new Donald Pliner booties? Cute, right?
This is what it looked like when my friend @thankgoditsbenfriday read a few chapters of our book club selection to me while I sewed! I wanted to get a couple of projects done today and worried that I’d fail to finish the book before our meeting on Monday. That’s a good friend. :-) And he’s a champion reader too.
I just finished my first journal cover. It goes over a standard composition notebook. I even made my first ‘fussy cut’ - that’s quilters talk for the little kitty framed in fabric. :-) #stitchedincolor
I just finished up 2 more baby quilts. Can’t wait to use the owl pattern by @elizabethagh again. The black & red quilt is made with some charm squares I bought in Alaska but that darling bear fabric is from my favorite spot here in LA @sew.together.stitching.lounge!
My dad got a candle in this container as a gift years ago. I told him to save it for me so I could use it when the candle is burned up. It took *forever* but I’m finally able to use it to hold bathroom stuff. It has a Jane Austen vibe, no?
I just delivered a recent baby quilt commission! I did an ombré style pattern with one hex of the quilt backing fabric on the front. Thanks @sew.together.stitching.lounge and @sewnatty for the wise counsel. :-)
