Pondering the idea of testing a T53 version of Tea Time siesta sleeping. Started to read the book, Ubersleep. Drinking black tea from Ceylon, named after the diamond, Kohinoor. Added a splash of almond milk.
I will participate in a challenge for 21 days. Taking Balance fiber product 15 minutes before the 2 biggest meals per day, applying 4-4-12 hours breaks between eating, no sugar pledge, and exercising 4 times per week.
