Shuntao's latest art installation: |壽shou | "This is a zen reflection on the modern interpretation of elements to health. I'd like to invite viewers to contemplate on our daily diet and provoke questions such as: 'am I eating the right balance?', 'what are the key to a long and healthy life'? The title '壽shou ' means long life in Chinese. " #everydayofficeart#art#installation

[New blog update - Link in bio] "Sapiens" Book Note: I’ve made some crude notes after finished reading the book a while ago. Even without perfect grammar or much detail I still found rereading it so interesting and I was learning new things every time. Comments in are my thoughts when reading it, as you can see I don’t agree with some of the things, feel free to ignore it or disagree with me. Please note that it might also contain typo as I haven’t bothered to make everything perfect.
Hope you find it helpful, especially if you haven’t read the book before. (Photo shot at William Kentridge exhibition in Luisiana Museum in Copenhagen)
Yestergram: The morning sun was piercing through the windows of the train as it passed through Balckfriars, at that moment I felt a deep connection with Munch: "I was walking along the road with two friends – the sun was setting – suddenly the sky turned blood red – I paused, feeling exhausted, and leaned on the fence – there was blood and tongues of fire above the blue-black fjord and the city – my friends walked on, and I stood there trembling with anxiety – and I sensed an infinite scream passing through nature." #scream
If you slow down you will see many beautiful things around, no need to go away for holidays ☁️ #clouds#barbican
