WIP: Seeing if I can design a one page summary as background wallpaper via @WeTransfer Plus account to support content actually in fat files I send, (e.g. @thedolectures Side Project Report). I know some recipients of my stuff can be a bit TL:DR - yes even with my writing - can you believe that? -Oh you can? Better stop here then ;-)
From the archives: The stuff I was working on via the whiteboard, ended up in the zip files I sent people via my @WeTransfer Plus account. No big deal - but the documentary feel - peek behind the scenes the big wallpaper shot facilitated, didn’t harm the flow of the project or I might add, my enjoyment of creative tie-in/relevance/ ‘Hitchcock’ moment.
Playing around, having fun selecting custom wallpapers from my Flickr (remember that?) account. Totally sold on @WeTransfer Plus Account to own-brand stuff I send to clients, and of course pals. (e.g. This image (oblique to many) will make perfect sense to @davidhieatt & @MarkShayler@thedolectures - When sending them big decks in a recent project, the background image was a perfect fit for workshop feature we were working on. -Surprised more of my ad agency pals don’t use this killer feature when sending stuff to clients/bigging up/launching new campaigns. I’m sure many do but haven’t seen much action from my network: Get with the Programme people ;-)
We lost MunkyBoy our beautiful Parsons Jack Russell a few years ago. But he gave us and many others 16 years of joy. On Children in Need night, wanted to show him rocking the Pudsey ears and supporting the cause. God bless you Munks, the pure definition of love and loyalty. x
‘habitualise’ My Project after next, eta: Spring 2018. 30 years ago my ten year project was nailing Advertising as best I could: 20 years ago a thing called the ‘Internet’ looked interesting; FastForward 10+ years ago Social Media captured my heart: Time to pivot again: habitualise is that pivot. Underscoring and informed by all that’s gone before, no line of copy, no line of code, no pixel of design will be untouched by it’s influence: It’s the future kids: #BehaviourDesign#DesignThinking#TinyHabits#BJFogg
Amazing couple of days; extraordinarily classy company, super-nice people, stoked and humbled to get a peek under @WeTransfer’s sleek Creative hood:
OK it ain’t haute cuisine, but it is H’awesome cuisine when you had a full day of meetings followed by a full evening of notes to review; twice cooked frites met mayonnaise, deep intense tommy soup with basil and cream crusty crust bread and cheeky glass of white. Spot on for this soldier. Freezing out too, toasty here.
Just downloaded myself here for the day: @WeTransfer Yew!
Last night’s digs: It’s over 20 years since I worked in Amsterdam I was a copywriter on KLM in an Ad agency along the Singel: Wonderful feeling to be be back. Exciting: Stoked. Bit nervous ;-)
