First gym/PT session after the 4 week break. ．
The results of not training almost the entire time and pigging out were a total gain of 0.2kg in body weight and a 0.2% in body fat. There was a loss of 300g of lean muscles as well.
I’m convinced that I’m doing the right thing for myself, but the leg presses killed me today. My legs were shaking the entire session😅
