Here's the progress update from my training plan by @flippytham. L to R - 1st day; 1 week; 2 weeks.
I'm not gonna lie, it's been tough. It's pretty amazing what a change of diet and consistent training can do.
I'm currently stuck in bed from the flu so I'm taking a break from training till I'm all better. Check out my new blog post (link in bio) about what I've learned being on a training plan.

Thank you Bali. Despite your crazy ass drivers on the roads and sweltering heat/humidity, you did live up to your reputation of being a heavenly paradise.
Tried out @sedapplace in #vicpark tonight. Decided to go for the nasi lemak with beef rendang. Beef was very good, pretty authentic. The "yummy" sauce was a pleasant surprise - chef's recipe with lemongrass.
The fragrance and taste of the rice can be improved on - not much coconut taste. Teh tarik was meh... lots of teh minus the tarik. I would've preferred it slightly sweeter.
Staff were nice and friendly, though better coordination is needed (normal for a new place) as the wait for food was slightly longer than expected.
In conclusion, I would visit again to try the curry laksa and sambal cockles. ¤
