To be honest, the Omakase Set at Douzo set the standard for my wife and I when it comes to sushi. I've never had anything like this before! I'm telling you guys, this set is on a whole new other level!

If you ever have a chance to try this, I highly recommend you not to bite the fish, but instead use your tongue to push each piece of fish against the tip of your mouth to feel them melt in your mouth without chewing as Chef Li suggested to us.
Between courses, to compliment the sushi, there were hot dishes from the kitchen being brought out. My favorite was the A5 wagyu beef on an antique asian looking charcoal grill.
