Faced with a growing housing affordability crisis, in 2013 the Tram Town Municipal Council briefly trialled multistorey tents on greenfield sites. I like most of the #tramtownbloons, but this stripy jobby is a favourite. A bit grunged up and none of the awful advertising.
Current tram read - a collection of Dahl’s short stories for grownups. When you read his adult stuff you can see the sort of things that informed his work for children (or maybe it’s the other way around?). Either way, this one was first published 64 years ago but is still entertaining, relevant and a master lesson in how to construct stories.
