a year ago today we served our last meal at saffron. to say i miss it is an understatement. what i miss the most is the crew and our guests, the people that really made the restaurant what it was. (ok, and the huge spice room). i can’t wait to share what the team and i have been working on! i only hope to accomplish a third of what we accomplished at saffron.

this week marks the 5th anniversary of world street kitchen on lyndale. it’s been an amazing ride with some of the best people i’ve ever worked with, and certainly too many to mention here. also, thank YOU for coming on this ride with us. we are nothing without the support of this beautiful community. cheers!! 📷: @mattlien
