Got to spend time with these incredible kids from @urbantxt today. They are each leveraging technology to solve problems they find in their community. I urge everyone to get involved or donate to @urbantxt which gives inner city Black and Latino teenagers the skills they need to take their business ideas from concept to market. These young leaders will go on to become catalysts of change in urban communities and pave the pathway to higher education and majors and careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM).

Stay curious and ask questions, even the ones you're afraid will make you look foolish... you never know when a seemingly stupid question can inspire a breakthrough.

Even in the hardest of times, I can't recall a moment my grandpa didn't have a smile on. It was almost as though he couldn't control it. It was his natural state of being.
I once asked him "What are you smiling about?" He looked at me with an even bigger smile and said "I have my health and I have my family... I have so much to smile about." He taught me so much, especially the value of family and to never forget my roots.
You will be in my heart always grandpa. Your values will be passed from generation to generation.
