Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. (Proverbs 4:23)
Whatever you do, as long as you know God is the source of your strength and His grace is sufficient for you, you can handle all kinds of challenges and issues that come with it. You have confidence and motivation to keep trying even though the situation does not look hopeful. Guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. Fear your Lord and know that He is in control. You know then being pessimistic is not an option. Instead, keep pushing forward towards your goal and respond to His calling. Being a Christian means that you know the purpose of your life. You know what you are called to do and what you should not do. You know why you are doing it and for whom you are doing it. You need to first answer these questions for yourself. Once you have answers to these questions, you will have confidence in Christ.
Change your mindset from focusing on your circumstances to focusing on God’s work. You will see the miraculous things He does for you. Instead of complaining about your current situation, ask God to help you see His footprints in all of your ups and downs so you can rejoice in Him for you know He is with you every step of the way. Use your time wisely. Number your days for each day is God’s blessing. May God give you strength and help you see His footprints. May you follow His path with courage and joy,
My prayer today: Lord, help me see clearly the things you like me to do and the things you don’t like me to do. Teach me how to trust you and walk with you in hope. In the name of Jesus Christ I pray, Amen.
