Don't need any coffee on a morning like this. #tbt
We woke up around 5am to drive out and set up. Four days in and this was the first clear day, so we took advantage. Sunrises like these are tough because the sky needs to be clear in the east to let the light in. Plenty of sunrises don't meet that kind of criteria and you don't get the lovely colors you see here. This shot was impromptu, we pulled off the road after leaving our primary spot. You can see the fog roll in, gives the scene a real calm vibe. Definitely had a strong photographer's high that morning :)
Dare to be seen.
Remembering old stomping grounds. #tbt#budapest
One of my fondest memories while traveling solo in Budapest was walking to this bridge. It was my favorite subject to shoot. I got to play around with timing and angles and just spent loads of time observing it. One of my favorite discoveries was that the bridge is only lit green for a minute when the lights turn on at dusk. Then it goes golden for the rest of the night. I imagine not too many people get to see it like this so it'll always be a little secret I share with this beautiful city. What do you think, do you like it green too?
