💥Side Effects Of Not Getting Sleep!💥
In a world where stress levels are rising, exposure to natural sunlight outdoors is diminishing, and technology is leading to constant demands for everybody’s attention, it’s no surprise that so many people struggle to get enough sleep. What does it mean to be “sleep deprived”? What are some of the negative effects of sleep deprivation?
The broad definition of sleep deprivation is “the condition that occurs if you don’t get enough sleep.” The amount of sleep that qualifies as “enough” differs depending on who you ask. But it usually falls between about 7–9 hours per night for adults (and even more for children and teens). However, everyone is a bit different in terms of their ideal amount of sleep. Some need more like 6–10 hours of sleep per night to feel their best. Or, others simply need an extra couple hours of rest on occasion when feeling extra run down.
Obviously it’s not always easy to get sleep, but when I stated above that it can lead to early death, it’s not really far from the truth, as this built up over years can certainly become a problem. .

You Never Know
When I was a kid, we did a school project where we wrote messages and put them in bottles and threw them in the ocean. I think I was in fourth grade. You were supposed to put your name and the address of the school and ask whoever found it to write back. I added a note on mine that I hoped my bottle would go very far.
I had completely forgotten about all of this until today, when I was walking on the beach and saw an old bottle sticking out of the sand. I picked it up and opened it, and my fourth grade message was inside, with another message written below it. “Hello, Bobby,” it said. “Your bottle went very far indeed. We’re coming for you.”
It’s night now and I’m in my bed and I can’t sleep. I hear wet thumping noises downstairs and the house reeks of salt water. I wish I’d never sent that bottle.
