let go::one of my constant battles of letting go is to be free of the need to be good and nice to everyone, always smiling and saying yes to please others. i call it āthe syndrome of the good girlā ! iām not a little girl anymore, iām a middle aged woman, itās more than time to own my body and soul, and donāt be sorry for it. i can say that iām 80% there, still a little bit more to go. nature teaches so much about letting go, but people can be cruel and make the beauty of the world go away. the wildness and whiteness of winter have taught me to be true and pure in relation to my feelings. every morning i look at these bare branches and the white sky, no better teacher than these moments of silence and solitude to discover my true-self. .

#WinterWildness is a FREE event for friends and familly to #reconnect to community.
This isn't the Riddle Tribe event, this is an event for us all to reconnect with, and play our part in this concept of community. We want this event to rewild and reconnect us to the sense of interdependence. All we ask is for you to bring your skill to the rewilding commnutiy table.
We invite friends, family, movers and shapers, plant based and animal food preparers and eaters, photographer and film makers, ice bath challengers and animlal noise makers to join us on Hampstead Heath for this community event.
The Ridde Tribe have become quite transcient in the sense that we are living between Ibiza and London. And we soon came to realise the importance of building a real sense community. Of course we all have psedo community in our hands. In the touch of a button we can be exposed to hundreds, thousands, millions of people. But this isn't skin on skin, eye to eye, lick your cheek human connection (licking cheeks is optional). Please don't get me wrong; tech is also playing its part in the wheel of interdependence as an amazing connector, and is what is allowing me to arrange this event, but true human connection or reconnection is what this event is about.
So please join us on Hampstead Heath for some healthy chatter and cheer, natural movement and play, natural foods, warm teas and broth and some clean nutritious christmas cake from our friends @llscafe in Hampstead.
#Santa will be joining us and starting the event with an hour #mobility warm up session and then we will see how we roll from there.
If you feel the need for some deeper elemental exposure; the ponds might play there role in recconnecting us to the endless awesome possibilities that the human being is capable of.
We hope to see you there for a big community christmas hug. Now in the mean time lets all work on manifesting beautiful blue skies and crisp winter air.
Please feel free to beat the jungle drum by tagging friends and family who you feel need a good boost of community.
The next generation of free ranging herbivores are appearing all over the Dehesa.
This is a continuance of an age old tradition of transhumance.
Indeed this lineage reaches back into our sapient roots.
After a fashion, one still finds it in this remote wild corner of Europe.
Once the pastors would have followed the herds for thousands of kilometres as they searched for fresh young growth.
To the far far north, this culture remains pure and intact with the reindeer herders of the Evenk.
But here an echo lingers from our immemorial past.
