I want to take a post to share.

I realize that social media can become a problem, I can easily think from what you post that your life is perfect, that you have no difficulties because you post the beautiful of your life, the polished and wonderful. You don't share your brokenness, generally I cannot see your weaknesses and struggles through what you post. That's ok, but I need to know you struggle as I do, that you need God as much as I do. Reality is that we all have our struggles and I'm glad to know that we all have room to grow. I wish your life was perfect for your sake, but I want you to know that I'm still growing, too. Keep fighting your fight! We're all here in an imperfect world that presents obstacles.
This woman is a huge blessing to me. She's not perfect and I don't always agree with her, and I'm glad that we don't because she keeps me thinking and making sure that I'm on the right road. She's faithful and strong, and I'm learning that her weaknesses are opportunities to rely on God and grow just as mine are. She loves me even though she knows my innermost and most difficult struggles. I'm often fighting complacency and she has such wonderful vision, she helps me to realize when I'm slacking and kind of wakes me up to it. She can see and hear things that I cannot.

A wife is a wonderful blessing and the respect of a woman who knows you intimately is powerful. She's not perfect, nor am I, but we're working toward perfection.

Don't shoot for the moon and hope to land among the stars. Shoot for the moon (or Mars as is the case with my brother-in-law) and keep adjusting course so that you get there.

Praise your spouse if you have one. Help them, talk to them, love and respect them. The most difficult thing to live through is a silent and neglected marriage. Keep learning from one another, recognize the good in the differences. We were designed differently on purpose, learn to harness that for good.

Thank you for your patience with this rather long post. =P Have a good day and remember to honor and appreciate those around you! =)
