a glacier lagoon! usually the water would be more brown with sediment but this one flows into the ocean, so the sediment is removed.

The dosa experiments continue! I sprouted masoor (brown lentil) and made dosas out of it. I added upma (cream of wheat), jalapeño, onion, and ginger to the batter.
