28-38. After my first few weeks doing crossfit I'm seeing small changes to my body as well as my mental health. Social anxiety has reduced and my happiness has increased. I'm not the strongest or the fastest but I'm beating my own personal goals in all aspects.
18-19. After a guilty rest day yesterday I was back and managed my first benchmark (Helen) in 13.50mins. Slow but a successful start point. I fully signed up to crossfit! See this as my first progress picture. Let's do this!! #postive#crossfit
8-13. This week has been up and down but I joined the MCR happiness group which is now a monthly group that I go to for support and guidance. As well as that a night out with the work girls is what I need. Shout out to these lot! 💕
