In between the two meetups was an Estonian pickled fish workshop. Baltic herrings from Saaremaa were pickled with 10+ different spices. I was in charge of grinding cinnamon. They’ll be ready tomorrow night. People here tell me it’s one of the most Estonian cuisines with not much influence from German and Russian ones. So, until tororrow night 😎🤞
