Celebrating my favorite girl well this weekend for her birthday. Starting with a family brunch downtown.
Fun night trick or treating (aka getting Reese’s for Dad night) Coda was Doc Brown, H was James Bond and Oliver was of course a unicorn.
Some serious Dad-ing happening here today. Michelle would agree that I am not much for cooking, but with her gone I’m trying to step it up for the boys. Last night I made some slow cooker banana bread oatmeal, this morning the boys and I topped it with fresh fruit and chocolate chips and they think it’s 💯💯💯
14 amazing years and it just keeps getting better. Thank you for always pushing me to be my best but give me so much grace when I’m not. You are an incredible wife and mother I’m glad we get this life together.
Thanks @jasongrubb5280 for making my garage workouts significantly more effective (and heavier!)
Right before we did this Michelle told me her hair was the thing that made her appear like she was not sick. There’s not much I can say that this photo doesn’t already say. Michelle is the strongest most courageous woman I have ever known. She didn’t have a choice but to be vulnerable on the outside knowing that what she had to let shine through would come from the inside. And I will say, what’s inside is incredibly beautiful and so inspiring. Her heart is strong, her faith is solid and she is running into this fight. To me she is perfect on the inside and out and I’m thankful I get to be a witness to her life. I also think she looks pretty dang hot. #baldisbeautiful
So excited for these guys who got to meet their favorite author today @dav_pilkey such a kind and genuine guy who loves to share his creativity with kids through fart jokes. Thank you Dav, this was so awesome of you.
How lucky is this kid? H gets to play hockey at the Pepsi Center today.
